Scope: Resort Hotel
The design for the Haichang Hotel at Polar Ocean World provides a dramatic underwater experience for hotel guests. Upon entry through the main lobby, guests are immediately immersed in an underwater theme with the view of the Arctic Ocean and marine life aquarium. The hotel restaurant is the extension of the ‘sunken ship’ and offers a coffee bar, indoor/outdoor seating, and both group and intimate table seating. Guest room details include polished concrete shell aggregate floors with white leather and textured textile furniture.
