The Railhead

Positioned between the new PGA of America headquarters and the Dallas Cowboys’ Star, the 80-acre Railhead will be one of Frisco’s largest mixed-use destinations. Anchored by a 5-acre central park, the master plan features over 1 million square feet of office, hotel, and high-rise residential space.

Phase One, includes 30,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space. The design blends traditional brick veneer detailing with sleek glass façades, creating a distinctive architectural style that complements Railhead’s vibrant character. A shared outdoor paseo connects the restaurant and retail buildings, with rooftop terrace bars capturing the energy, music, and gatherings that fill central park.

Phase Two, will introduce a 200-key luxury hotel with multiple upscale dining options, meeting and ballroom facilities, expanded recreation and fitness amenities, an outdoor pool, and a full-service spa. The hotel’s upper levels will feature residential units offering panoramic views of Frisco’s rapidly growing skyline.
