Studio V Architects is honored to celebrate the grand opening of Athens Reserve in Athens, TX — a remarkable affordable housing renovation we're proud to be part of.
What was once a vacant limited-service hotel is now a vibrant 122-unit affordable housing community, thoughtfully designed through adaptive reuse to serve the people of Athens.
Features include a community swimming pool and an on-site dog park — enhancing quality of life for residents.
A huge congratulations to Wallace Ventures and the Athens Chamber of Commerce on this meaningful project!
