The Dine-In Cinema Summit, held in Austin, Texas, on February 5-8, brought together industry leaders in the Cinema and Family Entertainment Center industries to share new trends, learn from others' experiences, and network with vendors and consultants. Mike Voegtle and Ramon Villalba attended the summit representing Studio V Architects.

“The DICS is one of my favorite industry events that is quite different than most,” says Managing Principal Mike Voegtle. “This is three full days of industry insight with varying perspectives on how to improve the cinema and entertainment markets. It is always great to get together and spend time with the people in this field.” Mike also participated in two panel discussions sharing the stage with Alamo Drafthouse CEO Tim League to discuss how to preserve the movie-going experience and another during FEC day with fellow architects to discuss the design and construction delivery process.
