Construction is well underway on Flying Horse Multifamily, our 234-unit development taking shape within the Flying Horse community in Colorado Springs, CO. As the framework rises against the backdrop of the region's breathtaking mountain landscapes, the project is beginning to reveal the scale and character we envisioned from the earliest design sketches.

Each phase of construction brings the project's defining details into focus — from the structural framing, on track for completion by the end of October 2026, to the careful sequencing required to deliver the resort-style pool, fitness center, and clubhouse that will anchor the community's upscale amenity package. Our team at Studio V continues to work closely with the construction team and engineering consultants on site to ensure that the attention to detail promised in the design carries through to every phase of the buildout.
